World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

Hi, trying out the smart cutter which is wonderful and so fast and easy to use. While in the program sound is there but every saved file is silent in any program other than VLC. Why is this? don't want to commit to buying it if it's some problem with my initial recording that smart cutter can't handle. Recording is from Dreambox by the way.
