Audio delay very high when demuxing after cutting with SC

Hi.
I just bought SmartCutter because I needed a frame accurate cutter.
But there is a problem:
I use DVBViewer to record programs on my PC. Then I cut the files (I used ProjectX before, now Smartcutter), and then I encode them to avi/mkv in MeGui.
But after the files are cut, and I try to demux them in MeGui, MeGui reports that the audio file has an insanely high delay, and sees it as an error. For example the last file I cut, reported an audio delay of 2029273ms.
When cutting with ProjectX (or not cutting at all), this is not a problem.
I have tried both with and without the Fix Stream option in Options.
What could cause this?
I can provied movie samples if necessary.
Thanks.

Dear Dal:
Thanks for your posting.
MeGui reports that the audio file has an insanely high delay
Could you please send us video samples(upto 20MB each) for this?
It would be better if you could send us both the original and the cutted files together.
Thank you very much.

Thanks, I will post the files later tonight.
In the meantime, please take a look at this warning that DGIndex (the program MeGui uses for demuxing) gives me:
Hopefully, that can give some clues.
Thanks again.

Hello again.
We think we have resolved the problem you met.

Hi Admin,
Seem the latest version 1.2.7 is much slower than previous version.
Always stop at 99% for a long time, is it normal?

Yes the save delays in the last two versions can be intollerable.
Try saving a file of 6-8gb and you'll be waiting 5 minutes beween segments

Hello again, and thanks for answering.
Sorry for the late response, I've been AFK.
But I'm afraid it is still not working properly;
Now I'm not able to demux the audio at all, it seems that DGIndex cannot detect it properly, neither directly in the program itself or through MeGUI.
I have tried both the file you provided and new recordings I have made.

Thanks for your help.
We have noticed the problem recently.
We may have to revert some parts of our source code back into old versions.
We will keep you posted about the progress.
Thank you.

Dear Dal:
it seems that DGIndex cannot detect it properly, neither directly in the program itself or through MeGUI.
Thanks for your information.
We just downloaded the DGIndex(1.5.8), but it does
not recognize the audio in your
source sample file(06-22_14-28-51_Disney Channel (nor)_Lazytown.ts). We mean the sample file you sent to us, before any cut operation made. The same for the cutted sample(Lazytown.127.ts).
Could you help us to test this on your end? Does the DGIndex detect the audio correctly in the source movie?
Looking forward to your further message.
Thank you.
