few problems with smart cutter

Hi,

i tried the smart cutter to edit my HDTV records to edit out the commercials and have a few problems:

- with my Laptop (Intel Centrino 1,86Ghz) it is not usable for HDTV videos. It takes 10-30 seconds and sometimes one minute till the new thumbs are generated when i navigate through the video and CPU usage is almost all the time at 100%. With my ION System navigation is no problem. With similiar software the generation of thumbnails is a bit slow at the laptop, but it is usable.
- the new encoded part are not exactly the same format as the original video

to 1920x1088, Interlaced / 25 fps / High@4.0 / ColourPrimaries=BT.709, TransferCharacteristics=BT.709, MatrixCoefficients=BT.709
- with the new genereated TS Stream no videoplayer is able to display the real length of the cutted video and so seeking is also a problem with most players. when in run the new TS Stream in a software that repairs the stream it is working again
- with that software that repairs TS Streams i also get a few other errors, but when i repair the original stream it has no errors:

Dear Zenani:
Thanks for your posting.
with Windows Media Player and MPC-HC with DVXA the video freezes after a cutpoint where something was removed form the stream but the audio is continuing
Such kind of problem is most likely related to the audio time code gap in some movies.
Actually our developers are now busy building a fix version for this problem.
We will keep you posted as soon as we get any progress on it.
