World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

When start transcoding starts, mp4 of 1.79 KB is created and it can not be created. It was operating correctly around March 2018. The version of smart.cutter is a portable version of 1.9.4.

Do you mean after you upgraded to windows10 x64 build 17134, the problem happened?

I am using Windows 10 Pro x64, but output was possible around March 2018.
After "Windows Update", MP4 output will fail.

It has become impossible since when.

A temporary file is created in the folder when it is running, but temp.*.* Is 0 KB.
Since it is a portable version, it is put on a drive [E] which is not C.

After version upgrade to 17763.134, editing is now possible.

Hi Guys

I have just discovered Smart Cutter has stopped working both on my WHS 2011 and my Win 10 PC.

On WHS 2011 I open the file to import but the file never appears.

On my Win 10 PC it either crashes while transcoding with an error (sorry did not catch the error) or it performs the whole process and completes it but I can't find the file, no file is generated in the directory I specify!

I'm not going to pay for a licence until its working again.

Hope its fixed soon

The only things that have been done are Windows Updates on both Systems. This is a total guess but both systems did a 'Net Framework' update within two days of each other. Would the Net Framework have anything to do with the issue?

Win 10 (December 11, 2018): KB4470502 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 version 1809 and Windows Server 2019 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/hel ... -kb4470502)

WHS 2011 (December 12, 2018): Security and Quality Rollup updates for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, and 4.7.2 for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (KB 4471987) (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/hel ... 5-to-4-7-2)
