World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

Hello,
Recently found this "Smartcutter", and made some experiments if it suits me. Some mp4 video clips were used, made some cutting at the begining and at the end, the results were quit nice, but the final file was bigger then the original. For example: Original bitrate was 1978kbps,
and the 'cut' file bitrate was 2326kbps, which made the file bigger then the original.
Second, I tried to join two video clips, on each one were marked the cutting points, then they were joined into one file, again the bitrate was higher but the sound became out of sync.
I followed the tutorial.
My system is Win 10 pro.
Answers will be appreciated.

To maintain the video quality, Smart Cutter may raise bitrate around cut point. This will only affect several frames around cut point.

Do you mean this does not happen on a single clip cut while only happen on joined clips?
