crashing every time

Hello,

One and a half year ago myself and numerous others reported reproducable crashes of SmartCutter. The program is unusable.

There has been no progress at all fixing these issues yet.

Samples have been uploaded to Famering's ftp server on more than one occasion.

What do you need to finally get to work on these problems? Has developement/maintenance on SmartCutter been stopped? I see the program is still sold, so there should still be some work going on, isn't it?

We are now working on some issues covering Windows and MAC systems. We already fixed the problem on MAC OSX and will release a new version soon.
Other issues under Windows are still in progress of development.

It has been a full 18 months since the problem has first been reported. That's one and a half years.

Since that time, the program is unusable. We're not talking some cosmetic nicety here, but "catasthrophic failure" (complete non-functionality.)

It is no longer a matter of loosing a reputation, but of working to bild one up from the ashes. So far, I don't see even attempts do do that.
