Problem with Audio Stream

Hi,
I can play and cut my rec/ts-files. But I have problems with my files after coding in mp4 specially with the audio stream. Smart Cutter does not play the audio correctly, it is stumbling.
I have tried different modes: CBR/VBR, 128/192 kbps, normal and joint stereo and also simply copying the original audio stream from rec-file into the mp4-file.
Play and cut in Smart Cutter:
- the auto stream in the rec-file is Ok,
- the same auto stream in the mp4-file is stumbling.
There is one auto stream only.
