Go to function improvment

Hi.I suggested some time ago a 'goto' function, which has been implemented, thanks to you.
I would just like to suggest adding an 'infobulle' on the time counter, suggesting it's ole, and that
a clic on it will allow to go to a specified precise frame. There are infobulle on most
of the button or field, but not on this one.
Currently I use 1.8.4 version.
