Smart-Cutter Doesn't Open M2TS File
Re: Smart-Cutter Doesn't Open M2TS File
Dear dellsam34:
Thanks for your message.
'cannot upload a sample because I can't cut down the file'
If you can not find small sample, use this simple tool to split your movie file into small pieces, and upload any one of them.
http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-S ... rger.shtml
It would be better if the sample file size is less than 50 MB.
-------------------------------------
before uploading sample, please create sub-directory with your name under the root, then upload sample to this sub-directory.
FULL priviliged --- mkdir, read, write, remove
Will be helpful to limit the sample file size under 50MB.
Thank you.

Looking forward to your further message.
Thank you very much.

Re: Smart-Cutter Doesn't Open M2TS File
I was able to take out a piece of the file using File Append and Split Tool it's only 9MB the problem is how do I upload it? I can access the FTP server but I cannot see a way to transfer files to it.
Re: Smart-Cutter Doesn't Open M2TS File
Ok I figured it out I was using firefox that's why, Anyways the sample is there under dellsam34 folder, admin or anyone can you please check the file and see if smart cutter loads it at your end?
Re: Smart-Cutter Doesn't Open M2TS File
Dear dellsam34:
Thanks for your message and the sample file.
The sample file is VC1 video, neither MPEG2 nor H.264 format.
Although our MovieShop products support VC1, Smart Cutter does not. VC1 smart rendering is not available at this time.
Please feel free to send us your further advice and suggestion.
Thank you very much.
