Problem with DVB-T videos

Hi,
First of all, once more I give you my congratulatios for your Smart Cutter software.
I am having problems when cutting videos obtained from my DVB-T record device (MediaCenter InOut 4G HD). It can record both SD and HD DVB-T programs in ts format and with its native quality. The problem appears when the first cut is made from the very beginning of the video file, i.e., when the first “new start point” is not 0:00:00:000. If I do so, I cannot play the output video with any player. I get the message “Failed to open input file”. But if I made the first cut in another segment of the video file there is no problem.
I have uploaded to your server two samples videos named Sample1SD.ts (DVB-T Standard Def.) and Sample2HD.ts (DVB-T High Def.). I have also uploaded the output videos when cutting the first part of them: Cut1SD.ts and Cut2HD.ts. They are all located in ptol_camp subdirectory.
Please, check them when possible and let me know your opinion about this problem.
Thank you very much. Best regards,
