Hello,

I encounter problems with SmartCutter and .mpg files :

When editing .mpg file, and if Audio vu meter is enabled, seeking through the file cause smartCutter to crash ("smart.exe has stop working").
(It never crashes if audio vu meter is not enabled)
The audio vu meter is also unaccurate : it does not move synchronously with the video. (move 1 frame forward and 1 frame backward, and the audiometer is not the same as before moving).
At cutting point, the audio is not cut properly (the audio is cutted sometime before, sometime after video)

Please help us to show and identify the problem.
Could you please upload a video sample to our ftp server for a test?
It would be better if the sample file size is less than 50 MB.

If you can not find small sample, use this simple tool to split your movie file into small pieces, and upload any one of them.

before uploading sample, please create sub-directory with your name under the root, then upload sample to this sub-directory.

FULL priviliged --- mkdir, read, write, remove
Will be helpful to limit the sample file size under 50MB.
