Samrt Cutter Version 1.7 weird problems

I have tested version 1.4.7 from time to time, and found it a bit hard to use. Then a just understood that Smart Cutter may be the only tool
that can CORRECTLY cut and past a TNT TV m2ts file, keeping all the streams.

V 1.4 crashed when I tried to do multiple segments in batch.

So I found version 1.7, but I am still very reluctant to buy it, because :

- When I load a large file (10 Gb), the 'time counter' now does not start to 00 anymore, but to
a surprising 4h06mn40sec521 (for one file, and 2h... for another)
I don't understand the reason for this value, and it makes searching the cutting points very akward.

- I am still having difficulties to navigate in the file.

- It seems that when using a 'Batch' command with multiple segments, the resultant duration is very wrong
(I cannot document this one)

- If the name given after hitting the red button (or batch) does not include an .ts extension,
the process runs, but no file is producted.

The first item is the most disturbing :(

Dear JeanPaulo:
Thanks for your message.

'the 'time counter' now does not start to 00 anymore'
In the Options dialog, please check on the 'TC 0 Base' button then try again.

Please feel free to send us your further advice and suggestion.
Thank you very much.

Best Regards,

Oh, yes, Thanks.

That did it. It was set on by default in the previous version, I guess.

Regards.

I just bought the product.

I would appreciate an answer to the others problems, although they are secondary issues.

I still have a big issue, but I will create a new subject in appropriate section, because it is
more related to my specific 'recorder' working, and editing the records.
