tsMuxer could not work with the created ts-Stream

Hello,
I use the smart.cutter for cutting AVCHD Files from my Sony HD Cam.
The created files could be play without errors on the PC.
If I try to Remux them with tsMuxer I got the following error:
"Bitstream exception Unknown exception. It does not have to be! Plase contact the application support team for more information."
If I use tsRemux the result stuttering.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

We have received your email. Thanks for your detailed information and the sample file.
smart.cutter - 1.2.2a
tsMuxer - 1.10.6
Ts4Np - 0.8.2.0 (new version of TSRemux)
But when we sent our reply to your email box, it failed. It does not matter, we can always discuss the problem here.

We have tested the sample, the problem you described was re-produced on our test computer.
We think this problem is related to transport stream parsing. We have sent the sample to our developers, they will try to find a fix for this.

We will keep you posted as soon as we get any improvement on this.
