I have not 100% found out when and why but most of the times smart cutter just ignores the output directory I have configured in the options but uses the directory of the file instead. That is very annoying. It seems to happen on every batch process. If I just click on "record" for every file (or "project" as you now seem to call it), it seems to use the right directory, sometimes... but often it still does not work.
Please fix that ASAP... currently I am considering to return to an old version... smart cutter just lost so much usability with the batch processing using the wrong directory and now possibility to load/save whole batches of files to process...
I really hope this is just temporary...
