very interesting piece of software!
Three things I couldn't sort out so far:
- Is there any option to deselect certain tracks apart from the video (additional audio tracks e.g.)
- Is smart cutter supposed to keep certain kinds of subtitle tracks? I tested a ts-mpeg2-TV-recording and smart cutter dropped the Teletext-subtitle in the source file. How about DVB-subtitle in HD-recordings?
- I guess there is no option to demux the tracks of the source file?

Smart Cutter keeps Teletext-subtitle and DVB-subtitle untouched.
