Photo Caption Options (Smart Cutter)

I would love to see better options in regards to the screen capture system. Options such as Quality & Size.

A new portable version 1.2.0a has been sent out.
The new features included:
1.new and fast video seeking
2.first release with 'smart seek'
3.image editor for capture added

Tested the new picture editor, seams to work very well... Very Nice Job Guys!! Impressive array of new feature regarding screen captures.
One problem, I have a paid lic. however the portable version is acting like a demo version??
And can you explain what "Smart Seek" is and how would one use it?
