World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

I use smart cutter to edit TV show recording in MPEG Transport Stream. With Version 1.4.0, if "TC 0 BASE" is on, the PTS of output stream starts with 0. However, with Version 1.4.1 through 1.4.4, no matter whether "TC 0 BASE" is on or off, the PTS of output stream start with the same PTS of the input stream. Is this the designed feature or bug? I suggest to set the output PTS base according to the "TC 0 BASE" setting like version 1.4.0. Doing so will enable processing of subtitle much easier.
