Crash with H.264

I'm using the latest version of Smart Cutter to to try edit H.264 videos. I'm using a Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit pc. When I load the video the program crashes, I can take the same video and load it on an slower 32bit pc and it works fine. Non H.264 load on the 64bit perfectly.

Please help us to show and identify the problem.

Could you please send us a video sample for a test?

It would be better if the sample file size is less than 100 MB.

If you can not find small sample, use this simple tool to split your movie file into small pieces, and upload any one of them.

before uploading sample, please create sub-directory with your name under the root, then upload sample to this sub-directory.

FULL priviliged --- mkdir, read, write, remove
Will be helpful to limit the sample file size under 100MB.

I'm new to this, how do I create the sub-directory?
