Cant seem to make purchase

Ok, So I've tried like 5 time with 2 different Credit Cards, which neither have problems, and when I hit the "confirmation" button, I'm brought to a new page that says, something to the effect of "sorry there must be something wrong with your order, for further help, please contact support".
I've contact support, and I have received no reply...
PS: SWREG is the payment processor.

Looks you were not on the correct purchasement page.
On our payment page, we do not have a "confirmation" button, instead a 'Secure Checkout' button. So, please use the correct purchasement page through our website, it is

Yes, that is the correct page, correct merchant. I was incorrect on the name of the button nomenclature, for whatever the final step is, but it's most definitely the correct place to be purchasing (or in my case not purchasing) your product.
Too bad really...

We just received sales processed okay about half an hour ago.
