World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

Hi,

I just tried to cut a .TRP file of my Kathrein UFS 910 receiver with Smart Cutter Portable 1.4.3.
I can playback the TRP without problems with VLC and MediaPlayer Home Cinema. For Playback the tools usually using DXVA on my ATI HD3650 (AGP card).

The output I get from Smart Cutter Portable is always broken. With MediaPlayer HomeCinema V.1.5.1.2903 I get green blocks:


With VLC 1.1.10 I get jerkig playback.


Cause I don't know if my input TRP file is broken, I converted it with TSDoctor V 1.1.46 to TS, the tool can't find any problems, also the TS is playable. But after cutting with Smart Cutter I'm getting the same result

Sorry for the latency and thank you for the video sample.

We double-checked the sample, and we think the underlying reason is:
The H.264 video you provided does not have any IDR frame, which is the very key frame.
Normal H.264 video should have one IDR frame every several seconds in the stream.
Cut result of the H.264 video without IDR frame may cause chaos in some media players. So we'd recommend you to try some players more tolerant of input, such as
