World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

I recorded a TVB-T video from TF1 french channel : H264 video, E-AC3 audio 2channels.
It contains 2 advertisements.
when I select from one of the first frames of the movie following the advertisement, smart cutter stops working and I get a message from windows : close the program or debug.
Using smartcutter, I created a 18 seconds sequence from which the problem can be investigated.

note : when I cut à few seconds after the advertisement, smartcutter works.

It would be better if the sample file size is less than 100 MB.

If you can not find small sample, use this simple tool to split your movie file into small pieces, and upload any one of them.

before uploading sample, please create sub-directory with your name under the root, then upload sample to this sub-directory.

FULL priviliged --- mkdir, read, write, remove
Will be helpful to limit the sample file size under 100MB.

I just uploaded the file : ww.m2ts

the movie was recorded by this device : AKIRA B31-hdr
the recorded file is a TS file (Smart cutter stops working at the beginning of the second part, following the advertisement)
I converted to M2TS using TSMUXERGUI (I need it due to the lack of support of TS by SONY KDL-40W5500)
this file is correctly displayed by VLC, Media player classic, Windows media player.
then I created this ww.m2ts file using smartcutter. options : sream fix, enable full screen, NO audio vu meter, TC 0 base, preview.

usually, smarts cutter works fine, except for some movies from TF1-HD.
