Drag/drop input files to SmartMate 1.3.5?

Is there some way to do this? I see it was requested about six months ago. Drag/drop of input files is a standard method commonly used by the smallest software utilities.
It is very frustrating to redundantly navigate to a deep directory tree in SmartMate when that tree is already open in Windows Explorer. It should only be necessary to drag the file over to SmartMate.
It would be even nicer if you supported the right-click "open with" method within Windows Explorer to launch SmartMate or SmartCutter on the specified file. However I'd be happy with just drag and drop to select the input file.
