is it possible to save a copy of smart cutter on a disc in case computer crashes and needs formatting

when I press the buy button, I do not see an option for the portable version. I do not know how to purchase the portable version. I did download it and tried it also and it works fine, with watermark, and no option to buy or activate.

The portable version uses the same buy link as the Smart Cutter for DV and DVB. There is no difference between the install version and the portable version.

sorry to bother you again. I tried to buy using a credit card and had a problem. swreg customer service were of no help.
I looked into swreg and found many complaints. do you trust these guys. I already gave them all the card info!!!
as for my purchase, I will fill in my paypal account and buy thru it.
