Problems with Canon HF100 1080i footage

Hello,
I am having issues with footage from a Canon HF100 camcorder (1080i, PAL version). I am using the Smart Cutter trial version 1.3.2.
At the cuts sometimes there are acoustic noise, interlacing artefacts in horizontal moves and stutters.
Moreover the smart cutter output cannot be used with a Sony Bravia KDL-46EX505 LCD-TV set which accepts the original HF100 material.
On the Sony Bravia KDL-46EX505 TV there is stutter, block artefacts and a/v-async at every cut point.
Did someone use the smart cutter for Canon HF100/PAL/1080i footage successfully?
Best regards,
Harald
