Incorrect time-code?

Consider the following scenario:
I open the file 5.ts, and I see that the initial position in the file has a timecode 00:01:49:419 ... Hmmm... weird, but okay:)
Next, I set the new start point to 00:01:56:260, new end point to 00:02:07:980, then press the LINK, ADD LIST.
Result point is specified as the interval 00:00:00:000 - 00:00:11:720, this is correct.
Next, click the button RECORD LIST, pointing out the output file name - 6.ts, SmartCutter writes the file.
Next I restart SmartCutter, open the file 6.ts and see that initial timecode 00:01:56:260 !
This is correct?
Why a start timecode of new file does not 00:00:00:000 ?

It seems that the timecodes which SmartCutter displays for .ts files are the PTS (Presentation TimeStamp) values from the transport stream.
Next I restart SmartCutter, open the file 6.ts and see that initial timecode 00:01:56:260 !
It looks like SmartCutter is preserving PTS values when it cuts a transport stream, rather than re-indexing the stream from 00:00:00.000. This shouldn't be an issue for most users.
Could I suggest that, in some future release, options are added to the program to:
1. Display timecodes as offsets from the start of the file, rather than absolute PTS values.
2. Re-calculate PTS values starting at 00:00:00.000 when outputting a .ts file?

Yes it is.
Could I suggest that, in some future release, options are added to the program to:

We have implemented this in the new version 1.3.2, see the Option 'TC 0 BASE'

If 'TC 0 BASE' option is turned on,
then Result point interval displayed with negative values:
00
-55:-7 - 00
-52:-5

I have the same experience with v1.3.2 and the "TC 0 Base" option enabled. The start time of the first entry in the list becomes negative.
