World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

I purchased MovieShop suite to cut and convert video files. When the conversion is finished and it says "transcoding complete " , the file does not exist. seems like it deletes it along with the audio and video files it creates while converting.

I have done 3 files with various different options and tried different folders for the output file and always the same result if I stop the conversion before the end the audio and video mux files stay in the output folder.

I would like to know why this happening.

1.what is the OS you are using? Xp, Vista or Win7?
2.is the 'output directory' same as the directory of the source movie?
3.what is the output format of the conversion? Mpeg, Avi or Mov etc?
3.could you please convert this sample movie(this time just convert the whole movie), and tell us the result?
