it does not work with recordings of my Vu plus Solo 2 in .ts format, with other files it goes well, but I need it without re-encoding so as not to lose the subtitles and languages. Any idea where the problem is?

Please help us to show and identify the problem.

Could you please upload a original video sample showing the problem to our ftp server for a test?

It would be better if the sample file size is less than 50 MB.
