Mac Version crashing on every export

Hi,

I am trying your product, as it looks by far the best option to edit my sat receiver .TS files on mac, but both on 10.8.5 and 10.11.2 it is crashing at every trim.

Something new on the Mac Version? I am back to Yosemite because it is a lot better then El Capitan with the crashing. Only every second or third file. How long does it take to fix the bugs? Remember in September there will be a new MacOS.....

Yes MAC system is more difficult to deal with than Windows system, we are still working on it.
OSX is not so good in compatibility between old and new versions, compared to Windows OS.

Hi there. I'm using OSX El Capitan 10.11.4, with the latest version of the OSX version of Smart Cutter, but recently it's been crashing on every export, and often during scrubbing within a file. I understand a fix for this is in the works - is it due for release shortly?

Happy to beta test any version and provide feedback.

We think we are very close to the underlying reason of the problem, already narrowed it down into few possible combinations. Will keep you posted when we finally have a fix for it.
