Hi,

I tried to cut some more recordings from DVB-S2 today and saw, that quite a lot of recordings have this kind of problem (currently using version 1.7.3), but not all.
The problem mainly depend on the cut point. If I cut a little bit in advance (and have some unwanted part), the video is perfect, but if I use my correct cut point, I get some bad video again.
Could you make an option, theat the first few seconds are always reencoded (even if your algorithm currently reencodes less), to avaoid this problem? The recording itself is perfect as you mentioned, but it is this GOP reference problem.

Hi,

they seems to play both, but audio seems to be missing for the first few seconds. The wtuppa.mfi.ts file plays better with VLC.
Is it possible to try this version of smartcutter on some more videos? Are there any new options?

Regards
