Filename and Frame Problems with Smartcutter 1.58

I have a recording with the filename "Quer durch die 2. Dimension.ts". If i cut this recording with Smartcutter 1.58 it generates the filename "Quer durch die 2. Dimension.ts.0.ts". If i cut it again it generates the filename "Quer durch die 2.0.ts".

If i edit in this movie there are some distorted frames displayed at the start and end of every commercial break. This seems to be a display only problem. If i cut over this frames there is no problem in the result. TSDoctor sees also no errors in this files. I will upload a screenshot of these wrong displayed frames and a movie sample if i can reproduce this on a smaller part of this file.
