Multi track audio choice when editing

Eventhough smart cutter shops off all audio tracks and sub textes precisely at the points selected and output them all, However at the editing panel it picks always the second or third track and ignores the main track, is this happening with me only? any one? is there a choice in the program to toggle between audio tracks?
