Tried to import the clip into Sony Vegas v9
It recognize only audio track :-/
(only v10 managed to correctly import the clip)

We think the two issues are still related to the TS standard conformance. Better or newer codec of the video player may help to fix it, or a better player.

Eac3to tool joins clips correctly without recompression (but it is not so convenient and does not allow to trim) so it is possible to do this.

The conclusion is that SmartCutter does not join clips correctly (does not change parts of clip correctly). In some cases (by using more advanced codecs/players which are more tolerant to errors) it is not noticed, but in general problem (errors) still exist.

Do you have any news regarding the problem?
Is it possible to solve it? (whithout buying new HD media player)
