Every MP4 smart cutter cuts results in an out of sync video

I'm using an HD PVR to record H.264 mp4s using variable bit rate. It appears that the more cuts or more specifically the more merges I use in a single file the more out of sync the audio gets from the video. I've posted the sample videos on the ftp server under the ultimateag folder.

I've tried with or without the preview button active, which I read in another post fixed another person's issues with out of sync video. I really don't want to look elsewhere because I absolutely love how fast and easy it is to cut up videos but if I can't get these problems resolved I'll have to try for a refund and look elsewhere. Can someone in support please take a look? Thanks.

Thanks for your message.

We checked the two samples, but neither of them can be opened by any one of the players available(Mpc Vlc MediaPlayer Splash or SmartCutter).
We investigated the two samples, found that they look truncated on the tail, which made them un-useable.

So could you please find other samples under 100MB and send them to us without truncating them?

Sorry for the trouble admin. I used the ms dos ftp commands to put the file on the ftp server and left it in the default ascii type. I believe it should work now, after transferring in binary mode.

I just downloaded my files back (which is what I should have done in the first place) and they played ok for me. The main point of the "_cut" file is to show that at the beginning of the video the audio/video are in sync but at the end of the file they're badly out of sync.
