Thanks for your concern.

Please help us to show and identify the problem.
1.What is the OS you are using? Is it Xp, Vista or Win7?
2.What is your video display adaptor?
3.Are you using dual-monitor display?

Could you please send us video samples for a test?

It would be better if the sample file size is less than 100 MB.

If you can not find small sample, use this simple tool to split your movie file

then you can upload samples to our ftp server

before uploading samples, please create sub-directory with your name under the root, then upload samples to this sub-directory.

FULL priviliged --- mkdir, read, write, remove
Will be helpful to limit the size of each sample under 100MB.

I think the problem is not about video file

because
long time ago,I still use some old version(I forgot the version number,maybe 1.2.2a or 1.2.4)
I can see the picture in preview window



MY cogfig
XP SP3
GeForce 9500GT
I'm not using dual-monitor display

I got the same problem on 2 computers which have the following spec:

PC1
OS: XP Pro SP3
video card: Intel 82945G Express Chipset
no. of monitor: 1

PC2
OS: XP Pro SP3
video card: Matrox P690 LP PCIe x16 card
no. of monitor: 3
note: tried setting different monitor as the primary, but got the same result.

In the Options, there are two different settings,
Enable Full-Screen
Auto De-Interlace

Could you please try to change them and see whether this helps?

Thanks for your reply, but no luck with those options. And I tried resize the window but still the same - preview not working.
