Cutting ~ 1 second

Dear Fame-Ring Team,

I have purchased Smart Cutter Version 1.3.5 and have encountered the following problem:
I am trying to cut out about 1 or two seconds from a H.264 Stream. I can set the start point, but the application will not let me set the end point unless its at least 2 seconds apart.

I tried repacking the stream into a m2ts stream with a frame-rate of 15 seconds (as i only need the video part, thats not a problem) and I could select the end point as it was now 2 seconds from the start point. Unfortunately when i tried to play the video only a black screen appeared.

Is there a limitation in "shortness" of the output stream?

Yes. For a better sync between audio and video, the minimum length of selected segment is 2 seconds.
