Having trouble removing unwanted segment

I uploaded the troublesome part of my video at your ftp site under my username "test.ts" .
The objective is to remove the unwanted center portion of this tennis game, where the video shows a DVR Recording Status screen, and then a blue screen instead of the tennis match.
My guess is that the blue screen segment of the source file changes to a different resultion, and that confuses the SmartCutter.
If I'm very careful NOT to scroll through the blue screen portion, SC won't crash. But if I scroll through it, SC crashes.

We have tested your sample file uploaded to our Ftp server.
The problem was re-produced on the video part as you said.

Our developer will seek to fix the problem. Since the problem can be re-produced easily, we think this will not take long to resolve.
We will keep you posted about any progress on it.
