no sound on linked part 2 and 3 on each film

I have used 2 videos , recorded from my tv card .
I used smart cutter for remove commercial , cut and link in 3 parts for each video
At now , no sound on part 2 and 3 on each film ....
Video reading with VLC 1.1.2 and Window media player ...
Sound is present on each native video
videos: AVC HD + EAC3
