only 44 minutes video

Hi, Excuse my bad English. I'm using smart cutter. Everytime I open a video ts file , cut off the commercials , link the input
files and click Record List and only get exactly 44 minutes of finished video. I repeat from differents way. Results 44 minutes of video . the video is 47 minutes. what can I do ?

Could you please tell us the file size of the movie files(in bytes) before and after cutted?
If you could use MediaInfo to generate a more detailed video info of these files, that would be very helpful.

Hi,
before cut - 6.422.865 kb 61 minutes
after cut - 4.610.060 kb 44 minutes
But days ago I cutted movie files with more than 10 gb before cut and 9 gb after cutted with 1h 30 min. or more without problem. This only happen with 2 or 3 video ts files, Today I try with others video ts files from the same source and no problem.
