Smart cutter bugs!!

Hello.
I cut the movie age of glace2 to remove the publicity.
I obtained 3 files.
I used the function " list Record " with " link " lit.
I read with VLC and I have a stop of reading in the middle of the second file. Impossibility to pursue the reading.
On the other hand if I read the second file before merging him, there is not a bug. The reading is normal.
This problem also exists with files mpeg2 sd.
My tuner is Hauppauge wintv hvr on 1700.

In the first run of test, we did not re-produce the problem.
