Smart Cutter can't open my recording

Hi,

I have a Strong 5430 Set top Box wich can record TV to USB
Sometimes Smart Cutter can't open the files and sometimes it can.
I have uploaded two files to sub directory Anders
Any explanation or way around it?

Thanks for your sample files.

It turns out: The Can'topen.ts is a video stream not correctly truncated, it has too much junk data before the actual video frames.

As a temporary solution(not perfect), you may please re-mux these files with TsRemux

before opening them in Smart Cutter

On our end, we will try to fix it in Smart Cutter.
We will keep you posted about the progress.

I tried the TSRemux and it works except it removes the subtitle stream which I use (hearing problem).
Any other suggestion of a remuxer?
