smart cutter on mac osx ?

thank u all for this awesome application (smart cutter) its really make my life much easier.

i have to questions ..

1- is there any chance (smart cutter) will be available on mac osx ?
(just now i bought a new copy of windows 7 to run it with my macbook pro, just to run smart cutter !)

2- is there any way to add my name or signature on the videos that am cutting with smart cutter ?

No. Title imprinting needs whole re-encoding.

BTW, if one purchases the Win version now, will he get a discount on the Mac one when / if the latter arrives?
