Ok, so I started to do another movie cut and man, things are WAY out of whack..
1) The resulting movie is almost 2 gig's bigger then the original.
2) Cut commercials are still in tact.
3) Other scenes are completely missing..
What's next??
Somthing Is really wrong...

Dear rgracie:
Is it anything different to your previous sample?
Could you please send us a small piece of the movie with problem?
support@fame-ring.com or famering@gmail.com
Thank you.

Here is the problem, it doesn't do it on every video, however the video in question IS the same video that I had the other problems with (the one that I sent you). This was a complete new project (re-cut the entire video)admin wrote:Dear rgracie:

I cut the commercials out of another, and that one seemed to work OK. Although the frame accuracy seems to be reduced, as I know that I'm selecting a "black" frame to cut on (in the middle of several "black" frames actually), but when the final build is done, there will, on occasion, still be a few frames of the commercial left. (this is happening on many projects)
I really think the only way to handle this is for you to download the entire video along with the project files to see if for your self, the problem is that it's just under 6 gigs...

Dear rgracie:
Could you please just send us the project file?
We will try to conclude from that about which part of the movie may cause the problem.
Thank you.
