Resizing Screenshot issue.

I've noticed, when re-sizing a screen shot, there seems to be a color shift taking place with the resulting screen capture...

Is the color-shift happening during scale-up or scale-down? And is it happening to the screen display or the saved image file? If you can save 'png' files for original image and scaled image then send them to us, that will be very helpful.

It's on scaling down... The image on the screen shift, then when saved, the color shift is present.... On my next cut(s) I'll send you something....
