I use Smart Cutter now since 2012 and love it.
Currently I test a new online video recorder and have a problem.
After the cut of the video I have no tone with "VLC Media Player".
The Support there meant it could lie with a damaged index. The "Media Player Classic" plays the videos, however with tone.
Can you look sometimes where the problem lies?
