Faulty project files

Post by snipsnip »

In case of the activated option 'Skip' project files are produced faultily.

If such a project file is read and 'Record List!' is executed with deactivated 'link', thus only 1 file is produced for any of the project lines.
This is independent of whether one of the options 'Rename', 'Replace' or 'Skip' is activated.

Dear snipsnip:
Thanks for your posting.

We did some tests on this. It is related to output file naming.

This only occurs when 'all of the project lines' have the same movie as the source input, with the option 'Skip' activated. Isn't it?

Looking forward to your further message.
Thank you very much.

Yes, 'Skip' only activated at producing the project file. The error appears after loading the projekt file and executing 'Record List!', with option 'Rename' activated and 'link' deactivated: Only 1 file for the entire project instead of 1 file for each line of the project.

I have diagnosed that the error already appears while producing the project lines.

Try it yourself.

1 Load a new file and activate the option 'Skip'.
2 Produce 4 project lines.
3 Activate the option 'Rename'
4 Execute 'Record List!', with 'link' deaktivated.
5 Only 1 file is produced.
