I'm sure at least V1.2 of smart cutter worked fine with these videos, but the resent V1.34 has serious troubles with AVCHD lite movies from Lumix Cams (TZ7 and TZ10). The movies can be handled just like any other movie, but the cut result hangs for a second or so at the start cutting point. To be exact: the rendered movie part works fine (the part that has the watermark in the demo mode), than the movie hangs for a second or so and then the movie continues.
Please find a sample movie and the result on the FTP-Server under "LUMIX AVCHD".

Additional finding:
If I select Autodeinterlace, the problem seem to disappear. BUT this options is not stored. If I open the options, select the autodeinterlace option, click ok and reopen the options, the check signal disappeared again.
