Program starting on the wrong frames

Hi, I used to use an older version of Smart Cutter and when I add in a file, it would start at 00:00:00:000 but after I installed a newer version, it starts the file at 00:00:00:437. I use another program to pinpoint exactly which frames I want to cut out. At first I thought maybe my files were corrupted in some way but then I tried using an older file which i was sure was fine because I used it with the older version but now that also starts at 00:00:00:437. I even uninstalled the newer version and reinstalled the older version but now it's stuck this way.

Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.

In the Options, click the 'TC 0 Base' then open the movie again. See whether it helps.
