I just tried (with same .ts uploaded in FTP) and blocking artifacts still here even with 1.3.7. When using the "whole slider" all seems ok but when using "fine slider" then get blocking artifacts.

Hi !! I don't know if the problem same as Ralle however when editing my .ts files I get blocking artifacts at random position. I have uploaded a file in sample FTP (2011021409040000.ts). You'll see that when playing/editing inside SmartCutter (tested with v1.3.6) result looks like attached image but...
