Edit again:
The commercials before the video are 2 channel audio. For some reason, you have to let the movie itself get a few hundred milliseconds in before setting the start point.

Uploading a sample now, should be done in about 30mins.
The sample has 5.1 channel audio. Once trimmed, it only has 2.

Hi!
I attempted to chop ads off a recording I have with 5.1 channel Dolby audio.
Once trimming was done, the output was only 2 channel audio.
Is this normal?

Nice product here . The Smart Cutter I mean.
I'm guessing that when you register for the full version, the FAME watermark will disappear from the video beginning, but is there anything else that is limited on the trial version?
