World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

Some of the output files would show a wrong resolution (704x480 instead of 1920x1080) in the windows detail pane, why would that happen?

Sometimes, there would be some scrolls that are much for the large slider, not enough with the small slider, and would take many clicks with the skip buttons. Scrolling with the mouse wheel would be a quick and easy way to scroll. Would it be possible to add into smart cutter? Thanks!

I am interested in getting one of those video editing dials and use it with Smart Cutter, but I don't know if any are supported. I see an on-screen one so I'm wondering if it would support a physical one.
